The hotel had a great gym. It offered ample space and a good range of equipment. The breakfast was fantastic (especially the cooked options!) and the dining area was very pleasant.
My room lacked shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Contacting reception from the room was difficult, the line was always engaged. I think they need to check the communication lines.

I found the reception to be often unmanned! The room seemed rather scruffy, I observed screws on the windows. These screws held them shut. I had to ask for a screwdriver to open the window

the staff were amazing i felt really special they were friendly and nothing was too much trouble the grounds are beautiful my daughter enjoyed her prom there
i booked a three night stay and some issues arose the noise from the wedding disco resonated through the restaurant it was not comfortable considering i paid 200 pounds a night plus the noise levels from outside rumbled on late
